(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Executive Officer and President: Shinichi Sasayama), Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President) CEO: Akihiro Fukudome), we will launch the “Lifestyle Sustainment Activity*1” (hereinafter referred to as “this initiative”) from December 1, 2022, which will enable people to engage in sustainable decarbonization activities while enriching and enjoying their daily lives. However, from December 1, 2023, we will be holding “Lifestyle Sustainment 2023 Winter” as the third phase of this initiative.
We have created a “List of Lifestyle Sustainability” that summarizes decarbonization activities that can be done at home, and will provide benefits through a lottery to those who apply and practice the decarbonization activities listed on the list within the period. We are once again recruiting a wide range of participants in order to allow as many people as possible to experience this initiative, ahead of the launch of the “Lifestyle Sustainment App”, which is scheduled to start service in April 2024 at condominiums in the metropolitan area that we sell.
In addition, as a benefit to support decarbonization activities, in addition to the previously popular TOKYO UNITE *2, Shiki Theater Company, ANA Akindo, and Tokyo Dome Hotel, All Grip Co., Ltd. and the sustainable media “ELEMINIST” will also participate. We offer attractive benefits and experiences.
By making this initiative an attractive activity, we will continue to expand decarbonization activities for homes and lifestyles and contribute to the realization of a decarbonized society toward a future of prosperous homes and lifestyles.

In order to promote decarbonization activities at home, we will disseminate information on the “Lifestyle Sustainability List” that can be done at home on a special website, as well as at events held by Mitsui Home LOOP members, TOKYO UNITE participating teams, etc. If you take a photo of an activity on the list and apply, you will be entered into a lottery to receive special benefits and experiences from TOKYO UNITE, Shiki Theater Company, ANA Akindo, Tokyo Dome Hotel, etc.
