True to this mission, we want to deliver even more value, and we have created a system called “Plus One” that donates a portion of sales to NPOs and other organizations that focus on areas such as
“education” and “work styles.” started in 2021, and will be held for the third time this year. We have newly made donations to Sankakusha, a specified non-profit organization, and 3keys, a certified NPO.
In addition, Mr. Arai, the representative director of Sankakusha, visited the company and explained the current issues and future activities at the company-wide meeting.

The “Plus One” system began with the desire of our employees to “become a company that contributes more to the local community and society.” The naming of this project was decided by an employee vote, and this year’s donation recipient was also decided by a vote of all employees.
