In this course, you will not only give one-sided explanations and proposals, but will also understand the way managers think, and will acquire the ability to ask questions and have dialogue to draw out the other person’s true feelings. This curriculum provides knowledge and skills that will be useful for those who want to deepen their understanding of customers in consulting and sales settings. Learn the communication skills that will help you discover, organize, and solve real issues by drawing out the true feelings of business owners that cannot be discerned from numbers. We will also introduce how to use local benchmarks and management design sheets, which are recommended by the government as tools to deepen dialogue with companies and visualize issues.

As a culmination of the learning that I have input so far, I was able to spend a day training thoroughly with an instructor who has a wealth of practical experience. I thought it was important to utilize the methods and provide support in the actual field. Currently, my main job is to investigate and research how the organization I belong to should approach its future projects, so the conversation skills improvement course I attended this time was the very best in terms of knowledge. Additionally, we are also working on supporting business owners, so I wanted to be more conscious than ever of ensuring psychological safety, especially when talking with customers.
