ZERO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Taito-ku, Tokyo, Representative Directors: Daichi Okisugi, Hiroki Yotsutsuji, hereinafter referred to as “ZERO”), which operates the food loss reduction box “fuubo”, announced on Saturday, December 9th, a food loss reduction box. We will be holding an SDGs bar “ZERO Sakaba” which will help counter soaring prices by specializing in food.
“fuubo” operated by ZERO is currently installed in 68 locations across the country and has so far reduced the amount of food waste products provided by manufacturers and wholesalers.
By working to reduce food loss as a restaurant, ZERO will contribute to reducing food loss, involving not only fuubo but also all supply chains such as producers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and restaurants. We will receive a large number of attractive ingredients related to food loss from approximately 7 supporting companies that share our desire to reduce food loss.
