“MESSAGE OF GREEN” Holiday Sweets Buffet
“MESSAGE OF GREEN” is a work created using Mr. Masuda’s unique painting method called “Point-Rhythm,” a coined word combining the word pointillism, which means pointillism, and the word rhythm. This work contains the message of peace, “Weaving the future rhythmically while tolerating each other’s microcosms,” and gives the viewer a sense of the inclusive earth and nature, where the shining
individualities of all life come together. I’ll give it to you. Additionally, Mr. Masuda’s “MESSAGE OF GREEN” art will be on display at Atmos Dining, the photo space at the entrance, and the lobby on the 40th floor, where you can take photos.

ART “MESSAGE OF GREEN”
At the sweets buffet to be held this winter, following on from the previous autumn sweets buffet that used autumn ingredients, the buffet table will be decorated with colorful blocks of Mr. Masuda’s “Point-Rhythm” pattern. , placed on a glossy black tabletop that reflects like the surface of water. In a colorful space based on green, like the reflection of a lake in a forest at night, we will offer a completely new selection of sweets inspired by the gorgeous holiday season.

The menu has been created with a focus on small, colorful sweets that blend in with Mr. Masuda’s fantastical worldview. We have prepared a Christmas tree-shaped “VIOLET Muffin Tree” and “Candy Cane Pink Macaron” inspired by the holiday season, and a cute Santa-shaped “Santa Raspberry Mousse, Rose Scent”. Art-inspired sweets include the “Blueberry Mousse Ball” with sparkling glitter that looks like a toy, “MARS Glitter Jelly”, “Flower Brulee Tart”, and “Ginger Man Fresh”, which looks like a ginger man stepping into a chimney. We have prepared “Chocolate”, “Christmas Color Art Chocolate” in two colors inspired by art, and “Nyokinyoki Apple Cinnamon Cone” which is reminiscent of a fantastic forest. Pastry Chef Daichi Kojima
Kojima started his career at a high-end hotel in Kobe in 2008, and learned the basics of making fresh sweets, baked goods, ice cream, wedding cakes, marzipan, and candy making, and in 2012 opened a pastry shop with a cafe attached. I gained experience with chocolate. In the same year, he won the Excellence Award in the “Chocolate Craft Confectionery Category” at the Western Japan Confectionery Contest, and in 2017 he led the opening pastry team at a hotel and contributed to product development. The pastry shop, which opened in 2019, has received media attention for its delicate sweet creations. From 2022, he will be appointed pastry sous chef at Conrad Osaka. We are putting effort into creating new sweets.
