In order to increase awareness of Sayama tea, one of the products that Saitama Prefecture is proud of, students from the Faculty of Service Management, Seibu Bunri University will collaborate with tea businesses and Western confectionery shops in Sayama City to promote it both inside and outside the prefecture. event.

(1) Saitama Prefecture Products and Tourism Association Mini Product Exhibition A mini product exhibition will be held featuring products from Saitama Prefecture! We also sell dorayaki featuring Iruma City mascot character “Iru Tea” made with Sayama tea!
(2) Workshop
We will be holding a workshop on “Matcha Otemae” with Mr. Masahiro Okutomi, the 15th generation owner of Okutomien, a tea garden that has been in operation since the Edo period in Sayama City, Saitama Prefecture, as the instructor!
(3) Cafe corner/experience corner/kids corner
In addition to offering original scones devised by students and comparing tea drinks, we also have content that children can enjoy, such as making badges and stamp rallies!
