The total number of members is approximately 3.6 million, and there are 61 large-scale academic societies with more than 10,000 members, and the number of members alone reaches 1.51 million. Although some of these operational management systems have existed, there are still issues to be solved as to whether they are meeting diversifying needs. An example of this is the production and management costs of an operational management system. While there are academic societies of all sizes, not all administrative headquarters have ample budgets. Smooth conference management is an element that increases participants’ motivation to participate and accumulates success experience for the conference headquarters, but there are cases where implementation of an operation management system is postponed because it does not fit the budget. In this regard, “SYNONIS” was developed with the aim of contributing to the
development of academic societies and even academic development, rather than immediate profits, so we will make proposals that are close to the management headquarters in terms of cost as well. .
