Japan Web Services Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Nobuo Iwai, Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Bases: Osaka, Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya; hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), an information and communications industry (software development) company, has been approved by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare in November 2023. On the 29th, we were certified as an excellent safety and health company.
This is the first time in the country that we have been certified for three consecutive years in the information and communications industry (software development).
This certification initiative allows our employees to work with peace of mind and, as a result, provides a high quality of customer service. Work-life balance and health management are now commonplace, and our company has one of the highest levels of labor management in the industry.
Regarding matters related to safety and health, the Safety and Health Committee takes the lead in holding monthly meetings to ensure workplace safety, confirm the working hours of all employees, and systematically take corrective measures if overtime tends to be high. We are implementing initiatives.
In addition, we carry out various activities such as regular mental health care including stress checks, recreational activities, distribution of newsletters on “cancer prevention”, encouragement to take at least 70% of annual paid leave, and VDT occupational health education. .
