Prefecture/Representative Directors and Co-CEOs: Takaya Matsuda, Futo Matsuda/hereinafter referred to as Heralbony), which is expanding the welfare field with the mission of “Unleashing Distinction.” The lead investor was MPower Partners Fund L.P., an important global venture capital fund, and together with Kamakura Asset Management Co., Ltd., we raised funds. We aim to further expand our business by changing the image of “disability” and aiming for a society where 8 billion people can live in their full potential.

As the twin founders, Fuminto Matsuda, who previously served as Representative Director, Vice President and COO, will be appointed as Representative Director and Co-CEO. As a result, by adopting a two-person joint representative system with the twin founders Takaya Matsuda and Fuminto Matsuda, we will create a system that can further accelerate business promotion in both Iwate and Tokyo.
Marie Oshioka, who previously worked at McKinsey & Company and served as Manager of the President’s Office and Investor Relations Officer at Money Forward Co., Ltd., and who led the company’s ESG and diversity promotion, has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer and COO. In addition to strengthening the earnings base of our business, we will promote the full-scale start of overseas expansion.
Furthermore, in order to build a management system that emphasizes ESG, strengthen the governance system, and launch overseas business, Miwa Seki, founding partner of MPower Partners, will be appointed as an outside director.
