Fermented Food University’s first recipe book, “Fermented Food University’s Delicious Recipes,” whose fermented recipes are gaining popularity on Instagram (@hakkousyokudaigaku) and Youtube, contains salt koji, soy sauce koji, onion koji, amazake, and sake lees. Contains 90 easy-to-use recipes that utilize fermented seasonings. Nowadays, the word “immunity” is attracting attention, and by using fermented seasonings, you can expect to activate the intestines, which are responsible for immunity.
The title “Delicious Recipes” has three meanings: “It’s delicious for the body! = Good for the body,” “It tastes delicious! = The power of fermentation creates a deep flavor,” and “You’ll become a better cook! = You can make delicious food in less time.” It has the meaning of “delicious”. When you hear the word “fermented food,” many people may imagine traditional Japanese, simple cuisine, but the recipes in this book are full of flavor and volume that the whole family can enjoy.
