Another works Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo,
Representative Director: Naotomo Obayashi), which develops the multi-business matching platform “Multi-business Cloud for Public” that promotes regional revitalization, announced its establishment in Ehime Prefecture on December 4, 2023. We have concluded a partnership agreement with Matsuyama City and have begun a demonstration experiment to promote multi-tasking personnel to the government. In addition, starting today, we will begin recruiting multi-tasking personnel for five positions: corporate hometown tax advisor, SNS usage instructor, community revitalization advisor, event producer, and PR advisor for childcare business.
This is Another Works’ 113th introduction, and the third collaboration among local governments in Ehime Prefecture, following Seiyo City and Imabari City. We will continue to aim for further growth as a leading company that promotes the promotion of multi-tasking personnel in government.

Message from Katsuhito Noshi, Mayor of Matsuyama
Matsuyama City has tourist attractions such as Dogo Onsen, which has a 3,000-year history, and Matsuyama Castle, which have been passed down from our ancestors, as well as a pilgrimage culture that embodies the spirit of hospitality, and a land rich in the blessings of the sun. We are promoting urban development by making use of the world-class treasures of the region, such as nature and a city center that can be enjoyed while walking.
In recent years, the environment surrounding society has changed rapidly, and regional issues have become more complex and diverse. Under these circumstances, in order to create a sustainable city, it is important to utilize not only the city’s limited human resources, but also private human resources with highly specialized knowledge, experience, and excellent insight.
This time, we would like to collaborate with Another works Co., Ltd. and work on a collaborative project with multi-tasking personnel to solve administrative and regional issues. We also hope that
collaboration with multi-tasking personnel who are active in a variety of fields will lead to improved skills at City Hall as a whole. We look forward to receiving your applications.
Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture Overview

Matsuyama City is the largest city in Shikoku with a population of approximately 500,000 people, and is rich in tourist attractions such as Dogo Onsen, which is said to be Japan’s oldest famous hot spring, and Matsuyama Castle, which has 12 existing castle towers, as well as haiku and novels. It is also a literary town known for works such as “Botchan” and “Saka no Ue no Kumo.” In addition, it is a compact city that takes about 15 minutes by car from the airport to the center where Matsuyama Castle is located, and about 10 minutes by tram from the center to Dogo Onsen. It is also blessed with a rich natural environment, including islands within the Seto Inland Sea National Park.
