Born in 1962. Engineering consultant, energy and climate expert. Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique. After working on environmental policy at the Agency for the Environment and Energy Management (ADEME), he founded the consulting firm Carbone4 with economist Alain Grandjean. It conducts awareness-raising activities regarding energy and climate change issues.
