What is White Company Certification?

“White Company Certification” consists of 70 questions that companies should address in order to become white (business model/productivity, diversity/inclusion, work-life balance, health management, human resource development/job satisfaction, risk management, labor law). Certification is granted after confirming whether or not efforts have been made.
“White Company Certification” is the only certification in Japan that comprehensively evaluates companies that take a well-balanced approach to seven items, rather than focusing on a single initiative.
