ACCA was born in 1993, and was created using a unique European method, combining creative director Hiromi Kusuhara’s aesthetic sense with traditional Italian casting techniques and advanced French embroidery techniques. The brand’s concept is “Glamour Muda,” which advocates elegance and beauty. At the same time as the Venus Clip was released, recycling boxes were installed at physical stores (GINZA SIX, etc.), and a system was created to allow the items to be collected when they were no longer needed.
The collected hair clips are sent to a workshop in Italy, where they are made, and after being turned into pellets, they are reborn as new hair clips.
For consumers who are highly concerned about the environment, we aim to build a system to encourage support for environmental protection initiatives and further contribute to the SDGs.
