Up to 1 million yen will be given to users who have carried out renovations that meet the standards set by the Council using the services of member companies of “Renovation” and the Council for the Promotion of Quality Improvement of Vacant Houses (hereinafter referred to as the “Council”). We would like to inform you that we have started a service that gives you cash back in yen. This service is comprised of Aera Home Co., Ltd., Sunny Planning Co., Ltd., Japan Home Shield Co., Ltd., Housing Inspection Center Co., Ltd., Tsubame Creates Co., Ltd., House Simen Co., Ltd., LIXIL Co., Ltd., Renobank Co., Ltd., and Repair Co., Ltd. The project will be implemented by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in response to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s “Project to Promote Housing Stock Maintenance and Improvement (Project to Promote Market Environment Development for the Formation of Quality Housing Stock).” As a limit, subsidies from the national treasury related to maintaining and improving housing performance will be returned to users who carry out renovations, etc. ■ Overview of this service [Eligible for cashback (standards set by the council)] From the perspective of safety, comfort, and design, houses before and after renovation are scored using the council’s unique evaluation method, and 80 points are awarded after renovation.
