We have launched a website dedicated to comeback recruitment, with the aim of encouraging former employees to succeed. By using this site as a platform for collaboration among retired employees, we will utilize existing relationships to promote collaboration and rehiring with former employees. In addition, for those who apply for comeback employment and are rehired, we will pay a joining bonus of up to 500,000 yen as wages until the end of March 2024.
