I started working part-time at the Dunhuang Tokuyama store when I was in my second year of high school. At first, he was in charge of the washing area for about six months, and then was put in charge of preparing the food. In April 2018, at the same time as the establishment of Dunhuang Co., Ltd., a group company of Yakiniku Sakai Holdings Co., Ltd., he became president and executive chef. His motto is “Ichizakonryu”.
