This time, Shizuoka Blue Revs supports the purpose of “Strawberry Gyokuro”, which was developed by the non-profit organization Fukuchakai, Ocha no Kanematsu, and ICHIGOYA, and will supervise the package design, promote the product, and provide sales opportunities. We decided to cooperate.
This initiative is closely related to “support for people with disabilities” under the priority theme “Diversity” of “SCRUM Action” (*) and “local production for local consumption” under the priority theme “Food.”

■Thoughts behind “Strawberry Gyokuro” “Strawberry Gyokuro” was developed to support the independence of people with disabilities and the peace of mind of their families. “I can’t even buy a lunch box with just my hourly wage at a Type B company. ‘ After learning of this situation, local tea farmers and strawberry farmers looked for something they could do to raise the wages of people with
disabilities, and they proposed that they “develop and sell original products,” and increase sales. The idea was to give back the amount as wages to people with disabilities. The current strawberry Gyokuro was created by collecting opinions from many people at the tasting event, including the ratio of strawberry and tea, processing method, and size of crushed strawberries, and through a lot of trial and error. Did. On June 25, 2023, players Hironori Yatomi, Arito Takahashi, and Shintaro Okamoto of the Shizuoka Blue Revs participated in this project’s farming experience and experienced the process of making products. I was involved in the process of harvesting, transporting, and turning tea leaves, and I was able to experience the amount of work and thought that goes into making a single piece of tea, which made the tea even more delicious. ■Product overview [Image 3

■About the package design The illustrations of the five people on this package are “people who are active in the local community” who were involved in the creation of this product. Although our individual efforts were small, we were able to realize a major project by working together as a “scrum” group of companies and organizations. This illustration is a one-of-a-kind original package designed by Shizuoka Blue Revs, who were involved in agriculture-welfare collaboration, empathizing with this project.
