Dentsu Runway Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Shigeyuki Kawakatsu) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has decided on the executive structure for fiscal 2024 as follows. We look forward to your continued patronage in the future.
1. Officer structure
Atsushi Suzuki was elected as a director of the Company at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on December 1, 2023, and is scheduled to become representative director at the extraordinary board of directors meeting on January 1, 2024. The current representative director, Shigeyuki Kawakatsu, is scheduled to retire as of December 31, 2023. Accordingly, our company’s executive structure for fiscal 2024 will be as follows.
