Hotel Toranomon Hills is the first hotel in Tokyo under Hyatt’s independent collection brand “Unbound Collection by Hyatt.” Toranomon Hills is currently attracting attention as an international new city center and global business center, and is a place where business can take place on the world stage. ▼Location: Born in the center of Tokyo, Japan’s new global business center Toranomon’s location close to the Imperial Palace and close to the shopping and entertainment hubs of Ginza and Roppongi is perfect for leisure travelers. Conveniently located approximately 30 minutes by car from Haneda Airport. Toranomon Hills Station Tower, where the hotel is located, is directly connected to Toranomon Hills Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, and is also connected to Toranomon Station on the Ginza Line via an underground passage. At the top of the Toranomon Hills Station Tower is TOKYO NODE, which consists of a hall and art gallery that serve as presentation and performance venues, as well as a commercial facility with approximately 70 shops and restaurants.

The entire interior design of the hotel, including all guest rooms and food and beverage facilities, was handled by the Danish designer unit Space Copenhagen, which is marking its first project in Japan. The timeless and minimalist interior design is filled with the aesthetic sense of Scandinavian design, which is similar to Japanese
architecture.
There are a total of 205 guest rooms. Among the 30 suites, there are two of the hotel’s top suites, the Toranomon Suites (160 square meters), which feature a two-story structure, allowing meetings and small events to be held in a private space. The suite has a living room, meeting and dining space, and kitchen on the first floor, and a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor, making it possible to use it for events without staying overnight. All guest rooms feature large windows that extend all the way to the high ceilings, creating an open space. We use organic NEMOHAMO brand toiletries and are equipped with dedicated taps for water purifiers to provide drinking water. The hotel features a unique “The Lounge” with a total floor area of 350 square meters reminiscent of an airport lounge. In addition to shower booths and relaxation rooms for guests arriving early in the morning, there is also a meeting room that can be used for comfortable online and offline meetings during your stay, and a high ceiling that offers a panoramic view of Tokyo, including Tokyo Tower and the Toranomon area. We provide an open and comfortable lounge and working space measuring over 6m.
▼Dining: A new sense of gastronomy supervised by a Michelin-starred chef As a food and beverage experience offered within the hotel, a restaurant and cafe supervised by Dutch chef Sergio Herman, who has won a Michelin star for many years, will be making its first appearance in Japan and Asia.
Le Pristine Tokyo (https://lepristinetokyo.com) consists of a cafe, which serves as the hotel’s all-day dining venue, and a restaurant that offers casual fine dining. An immersive gastronomy that blends the five elements of Le Pristine’s DNA: food, fashion, design, art, and music, carefully selected from Sergio’s hometown of Zeeland in the Netherlands and Japan. We offer contemporary European cuisine that combines fresh, seasonal ingredients. The restaurant’s signature dishes prepared in the open kitchen include Le Pristine, a salad with pumpkin, grapefruit, taleggio, endive, and hazelnuts, and Le Pristine’s classic dishes made with orecchiette, a type of pasta, such as Orecchiette Zee Landaise. . At the cafe, you can enjoy fresh domestic seafood, seasonal pasta, and the unique presentation of Le Pristine Tiramisu, as well as a variety of cocktails made with the original Le Pristine spirit. Additionally, the hotel’s breakfast, supervised by Sergio, will be served to guests at Le Pristine Tokyo’s cafe.
