Ito Notebook Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City; President: Ryohito Ito; hereinafter referred to as Ito Notebook), which has been engaged in notebook manufacturing and OEM for 69 years, will be sending out the “Notebook necessary for the digital era” in 2023. ” (hereinafter referred to as this theme). At the Winter Conference on Saturday, December 9, 2023, 64 university students from 19 seminars from 17 universities will present product ideas and sales plans, including prototypes. The event will be held at Kinki University (Higashiosaka City, Osaka Prefecture). The announced projects will be judged by Ito Techo and the teacher in charge of S-boyfriend based on predetermined criteria, and the team with the highest overall score will be determined. Even though the idea was solidified, I still had to think about whether it would be possible to realize it and whether it would be used continuously. However, as we proposed ideas, we talked with seminar students, seminar seniors, housewives who had actually used the product, and cram school instructors, and we were able to point out points that we had not noticed before. I was able to get to this point thanks to you. I am also very grateful that I was able to create this product with the support of so many people. In the winter campaign, we will be even more powerful than the autumn campaign and show off the goodness of this notebook! !

◎Wakayama University Kaede Sano Seminar/Memorym/Club log/A notebook that is like a partner to support the manager who supports the team/I was stumbling over thinking of a specific layout plan for the “Notebook for Managing Emotions” that was announced at the Autumn Conference. I had a hard time. I was very anxious because I had to review the concept and target while I was running out of time, but since I had done enough research in the past, I was able to complete the new product development while working together as a team. When deciding on the concept and target, we conducted thorough research on competitive products and the market, and were able to find a hole in the market. Thanks to the active cooperation and opinions of the managers around me, I was able to create a notebook created by current managers for managers. We will do our best to present the results on the day in order to realize the wishes of those who cooperated with us!

Even when an idea struck me, I would worry about whether this idea would actually solve the problems faced by parents and children, and if I was supporting them, and I would go through the cycle of thinking again to create something from 0 to 1. . That’s why I think our notebook “Tsuzurogu” is unlike anything you’ve ever seen before, but it somehow feels familiar to you! [Good thing] I learned the importance of listening to the market. This was the first time we distributed a prototype and received feedback from many people. Through this process, we learned the reality that what we think is good doesn’t hit our target audience at all, and on the other hand, we can discover advantages that we were unaware of. I learned the importance of I am grateful for this opportunity and will run to the end to win the winter competition!

Although there were many difficult tasks such as exchanging opinions and ideas, I gained a sense of accomplishment that I would never have felt on my own.

■About S-Kare S-Kare is an intercollegiate competition between university seminars that aims to actually commercialize products. It was established in 2006 and is celebrating its 17th anniversary. Last year, 531 third-year students from 36 seminars from 31 universities participated in S-Kare 2022. S-Kare’s goal is to develop future marketers. Although they are from different universities, like-minded young colleagues work together and learn from each other through friendly competition as they gain hands-on experience in the product planning process and its management. The project will be proposed online and announced in front of everyone. Furthermore, we ask questions in the actual market. Here are some features that are unique to S-boyfriends. S-Kare is the only place in the world where students have the opportunity to learn practical marketing, such as developing product plans while interacting with actual users. Also, there is no other place where you can compete in real time while watching the results of rival teams while you are in the midst of planning.
