Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay (Location: 1-16-2 Kaigan, Minato-ku, Tokyo, General Manager: Hiroyuki Miyata) will be celebrating the world from January 10th at the Chef’s Live Kitchen lunch and dinner buffet. We will prepare a variety of gorgeous dishes suitable for the New Year, including cooking, and deliver a gourmet tour that will give you the rich feeling of traveling around the world.

To begin the new year, we will hold a fair where you can enjoy celebratory dishes from Japan and around the world, as well as gorgeous dishes suitable for the new year.
The first dish of hospitality from the chef will be a flan-style soup with the rich flavor of sea urchin, served right to your seat. The salad corner features healthy menus representative of France, such as prosciutto and cheese rapé salad, pork rillette salad with seasonal strawberries, and tuna nicoise salad. There are bite-sized hors d’oeuvres that go well with champagne and wine, such as carrot flan with its bright orange color, fruit tomato caprese, and
salami-accented cake salé. In addition, Spain’s classic dish “Spanish omelet”, Spain’s popular tapas “Ajillo” that captures the flavor of seafood and winter vegetables, “Beef stew in red wine”, a local dish from the Burgundy region of France, and the classic Italian New Year menu “Pork belly”. We have a lineup of Italian-style hot dishes such as “Lentil Stewed Meat” and seasonal yellowtail served with tomato and herb sauce.

In addition, at the live corner, you can enjoy teriyaki hamburgers for lunch only, chef’s special red sea bream rice for dinner, and nigiri sushi and tempura that are prepared right in front of your eyes after receiving your order.
