Anniversary at EBiS303 3F Event Hall (Ebisu, Tokyo) from 11:00 on Monday, December 4, 2023. We held a presentation.
At the presentation, President and Representative Director Katsuya Matsuda announced the vision and new initiatives for the future of “Meiji Bulgaria Yogurt” in preparation for the 100th anniversary in 50 years. In addition, comedian Daikichi Hakata Hanamaru and actor Nanoka Hara, who appeared in the new commercial, also appeared on stage as guests, greatly enlivening the presentation.

The first is about new products scheduled to be released in spring 2024. The new TV commercial features actors Hiroko Yakushimaru and Nanoka Hara, and is based on the theme of “Meiji Bulgaria Yogurt, which keeps smiling faces forever”, and depicts a mother and daughter who live separately in a faraway land. The commercial is an impressive depiction of people caring for each other in their daily lives. We believe that this is proof of the continued patronage of our customers over the years. This 50th anniversary is an important milestone, but at the same time, I believe it is also a new start for the next 50 years.

Comedian Hakata Hanamaru Daikichi
Debuted in May 1990 as a first-generation member of Fukuoka Yoshimoto. He gained popularity after appearing on a local program in Fukuoka. In April 2005, they moved their base of activities to Tokyo, and the following year, in February 2006, Hanamaru won the “R-1 Grand Prix.” On the other hand, Daikichi’s popularity rose in September 2008 when he appeared on the program “Ametalk” (TV Asahi) titled “Comedians who belonged to groups that weren’t cool when they were in junior high school.” In 2014, he won “THE MANZAI 2014”. In April 2018, she became the second caster of the morning information program “Asaichi” (NHK General).
