Hamazushi, a 100 yen sushi chain operated by Hamazushi Co., Ltd. (President: Tetsuro Endo, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo), will be offering sushi such as true puffer fish, which is in season in winter, starting Tuesday, December 5th. We will be holding the Hamazushi Fugu and Winter Seasonal Festival where you can enjoy.

At this fair, we will be featuring “Japanese True Fugu” and “Domestic True Fugu Tempura Nigiri”, which have a delicious flavor that spreads in your mouth the more you chew. We also have
“Aburagarei” with plenty of fat, “Zuke Sikami” with a crunchy texture seasoned with a special pickled sauce, and “Sockeye Salmon Ikura Tsutsumi” where you can enjoy the chewy texture of salmon roe. Please enjoy it.
In addition, from the Blissful series, there is a high-quality fish called “Shikoku/Kyushu Daikiri Katsume Hiramasa”, which is characterized by its firm flesh and elegant fat flavor, and from the side menu, there is a rare variety of modern fish. “Hokkaido no Megumi Croquette (Imakane Danshaku & Corn)” is a set of croquettes made with Gold Baron and croquettes made with Hokkaido corn.
