The Tokyo Copywriters Club (TCC, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Masake Taniyama) will hold “Kotobamirai Kaigi 2024” at Bunkitsu Roppongi for two days, Wednesday, January 10, 2024 and Wednesday, January 17, 2024. The first guest is Naofumi Kogami. In addition to being active on the front lines as a writer and director, he writes books and TV programs that sharply explore “Japanese culture that has been dominated by the atmosphere and the world” from a unique perspective, and is currently serialized in AERA dot. “Consultation” continues to answer the concerns of many people. This time, Mr. Kogami will talk about his ability to read other people’s feelings, which he demonstrates in “Hogaraka Life Counseling,” how he always tries to be considerate with his words, and “Is it possible to soothe and heal someone’s pain with words?” ?” we will discuss.

Our conversation partner is Masahiko Katsuura, a TCC member who, in addition to working as a copywriter, has published his second new book, “The Technique of Summarizing in One Word,” and has been appearing in the media rapidly. Born in Ehime Prefecture in 1958. Graduated from Waseda University. While still in school, he founded the theater company “Daisan Butai”.
He has received the Kinokuniya Drama Award, the Kishida Kunio Drama Award, and the Yomiuri Literature Award. In addition to working on numerous theatrical productions, he is also active in a wide range of fields, including essayist, novelist, TV program host, radio personality, and film director.
His recent books include “Takashi Kogami’s Ottodokkoi Hogaraka Life Counseling – A Prescription for Easily Living in the Stifling World” (Asahi Shimbun Publishing) and “Reading the “Air” but Not Following It – Easing from the Difficulty of Living” (Iwanami Junior) Shinsho), “What is the world” (Kodansha α Shinsho), and many others. Masahiko Katsuura (copywriter)
Special lecturer at Hosei University. Advertising conference lecturer. Born in Chiba Prefecture. After joining Yomiuri Advertising, he worked in the sales department and then was assigned to the creative department.
After that, he worked at Dentsu Kyushu and Dentsu East Japan, and is currently active as a copywriter and creative director at Dentsu Inc. For more than 15 years, he has also served as a lecturer at
universities and educational courses, giving numerous lectures on communication techniques that go beyond the boundaries of advertising. He has received numerous awards both domestically and internationally, including Creator of the Year medalist, ADFEST FILM highest award, and Cannes Lions. His publications include “Words to Connect” (Kobunsha) and “Techniques for Summarizing in One Word” (Ascom).
Moderator: Takahisa Ozaki (Creative Director/Copywriter)
Born in Nagoya City in 1970. Upon graduating from technical high school, he joined Honda Motor Co., Ltd. and worked at a factory. After that, he changed jobs to Recruit and worked part-time for about 10 years, then transferred to Daiko and Dentsu, where he is now. Currently working as a CD/copywriter at the Dentsu Chubu office. His advertising awards include domestic awards such as the Advertising Dentsu Award, TCC Newcomer Award, and ACC Award, as well as
international awards such as Cannes Lions and Adfest.
He serves as a lecturer for the Senden Conference Copywriter Training Course and as a judge for the Senden Conference Awards.

The second guest is Ai Haruna. Since her breakthrough with Air Ayaya, Haruna has always been on the front line entertaining many people as an entertainer. However, his life was not all smooth sailing. She has gone through the bullying she suffered in junior high school, her adolescence when she struggled with her gender, and her own surgery, to where she is today.
This time, “Talent: Ai Haruna” and “Human: Kenji Onishi (real name)” will share with you the love they have been given in their lives and the words of love they have given, and will share with you the words necessary for a diverse society. We will be holding a talk on “Words of Love.”
The interlocutor will be TCC member Takahisa Ozaki, and the moderator will be Naofumi Mikura.
Ai Haruna (talent, singer, actor, businessman)
Born in Osaka Prefecture. Gained popularity for her lip-syncing imitation “Air Ayaya”.
In 2010, he was selected as a charity marathon runner on “24 Hour Television” and completed the marathon.
At the 2021 Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Opening Ceremony, she performed as a top batter dancer.
He still appears on many TV programs and advertisements, is invited to give lectures on human rights, and is also a businessman.
We are also focusing on volunteering to support disaster-stricken areas and children’s cafeterias.
Takahisa Ozaki (Creative Director/Copywriter)

Tokyo Copywriters Club (TCC)
TOKYO COPYWRITERS CLUB (hereinafter referred to as TCC) is a (non-profit) organization of copywriters and commercial planners active throughout Japan, mainly in Tokyo. It is made up of copywriters and planners in various positions, including freelancers, advertising agency workers, and production production workers, and currently has 912 members (as of August 2022). You can qualify for membership by applying for the TCC Newcomer Award screening held in April every year and winning the Newcomer Award. Each year, about 20 people join. TCC compiles the advertisements selected by the annual review committee into a copy yearbook and widely introduces them. This year marks the 61st edition since the first edition was published in 1963, and it is a valuable book that reflects the times in terms of advertising, and is especially accepted as a bible when it comes to copying.
