The final judging for the “Regional Revitalization☆Policy Idea Contest 2023” sponsored by the Cabinet Office Regional Revitalization Promotion Office will be held on Saturday, December 9th!
The “Regional Revitalization☆Policy Idea Contest” is a contest that solicits policy ideas that will revitalize local regions, and has been held every year since 2015.
This year, applications began in June, and 18 finalists, who passed a local screening from among the large number of applications received from all over the country, will present their data analysis content and policy ideas based on the analysis results. The final screening will be held on December 9th (Saturday) in a hybrid format with on-site and online streaming.
At this final judging session, each of the 18 works will be presented by the applicants, followed by a question-and-answer session and a review by the judges. The most outstanding work will be awarded the Minister of Regional Revitalization Award by the Minister of State for Regional Revitalization.
