“Flame Roasted Espresso” & “New Bomboloni [Raw Donut]” are now available from Cafe & Bar “and”!
The melt-in-the-mouth “Bomboloni [Raw Donut]” includes “Espresso Mont Blanc,” which is made by mixing Mont Blanc cream with espresso extracted from directly roasted coffee beans and topping it with astringent chestnuts, as well as roasted sweet potato paste and homemade donuts. “Baked sweet potato custard” made by mixing custard cream and topped with baked sweet potato chips; “Double chocolate” which uses plenty of couverture chocolate both in the cream and coating of the donut; “New bomboloni” that goes perfectly with “direct-fire roasted espresso”; [Raw donuts]” can be taken out, of course! Brown brûlée latte ￥600
A thick latte is drizzled with brown sugar syrup that has been boiled until thick and sweet, and topped with fresh cream. To finish, I sprinkled brown sugar on the fresh cream and brûléed it.
