Survey results summary
When we conducted a survey to find out what kind of car leasing reviews people would consider, the number one answer was “low lease fees.”
We will also introduce other items in ranking format.

The number one choice was “low lease fees.”
The second and subsequent rankings were “courteous service” and “variety of car models,” followed by “in-store environment,” which came in 7th place.
1st place: Low lease fees
・I don’t have much money, so I want to drive a variety of cars cheaply. Another reason is that I like cars, so I enjoy driving a variety of cars. (Male in his 40s)
・Since it’s a car lease, I’m not particular about the type of car, but considering how often I use it, I’m definitely interested in the low price. Reviews with advice from people who have had various

2nd place: Politeness of response
・I think that trust is built by the response of the person in charge and the store itself, so I would like to refer to the customer reviews to see how polite they are. It’s not a cheap contract, so if you feel like you’re being treated poorly, you might end up regretting it later. (Female in her 30s)
・Although it is important that the explanation is easy to understand, if the response is inadequate, that alone will make you feel bad, so the first thing I think about is referring to reviews that say the response is courteous. (Male in his 20s)
・I think that if the response is poor, the number of people leasing cars will decrease, and as a result, people will neglect maintenance of their cars. And you won’t want to lease the car at all. (Female in her 30s)

4th place: Freedom of contract
・There are times when we need to review the contract, so we look at whether they can respond quickly and whether the lease period can be shortened. (Female in her 40s)
– Cars are expensive, so people want to be able to drive as easily as if they were owning their own car without being bound by a contract. (Male in his 30s)
・When you want to lease a car instead of renting a car, you are looking for a relatively long-term contract, so it is better to be flexible and avoid unnecessary expenses. (Female in her 30s) 4th place: Easy to understand explanation

6th place: Response speed
・When I tell you the type of car I want to ride, is there a space available? Available car models if available. If the item is not available, we will check the inventory status of other stores and decide whether to rent it based on whether they can tell you where to find a nearby store. (Male over 50s)
・Most of the reasons why people want to lease a car are because they want to use it right away or want to use it for a certain period of time at a low price. (Male in his 20s)
・No matter how careful you are, accidents can happen, so if something like that happens, it would be helpful and reassuring for you to respond as quickly as possible. (Female in her 40s)
6th place is “response speed”.
Some respondents said they would like to see if there is a car model they want to drive right away, and how quickly they will respond in case of an emergency.
7th place: Store environment
・This applies not only to car leases, but also to regular car dealers and maintenance shops, but if a store seems to have a bad environment or a bad atmosphere among the staff, you’ll want to suspect that something is wrong. In reality, the meaning is a little different from the one inside the store, but a certain Big Motor was killing trees on the street without permission, so even if there are many types of cars, cheap prices, and speed, I don’t think you can trust the place unless it has a nice atmosphere. “In-store environment” came in 7th place.
There was also an opinion that they judge a store based on its environment and atmosphere.

When we surveyed 100 people, 43.0% of them answered that the lease fee was low. In addition, many respondents said that they would prefer a cheaper price, or that they would like to determine which option is more cost-effective: owning one.
The price has a big impact on whether you buy or lease a car, so many people place a lot of emphasis on the price.
