Fusion Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido, Representative Director: Takuya Sasaki) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has resolved to introduce the following shareholder benefit system.
1. Purpose of introducing the shareholder benefit system In addition to responding to the daily support of our shareholders, we will increase the attractiveness of investing in our stock and encourage more investors, including individual investors, to invest in our company. The purpose is to have the stock held over the medium to long term. 2. Overview of the shareholder benefit system (1) Eligible shareholders The shareholder benefit system is applicable to shareholders who own one unit (100 shares) or more of the Company’s stock listed or recorded in the shareholder register as of the end of February of each year (end of the Company’s fiscal year). (2) Details of shareholder benefits Eligible shareholders will receive a Kuradashi Gift card worth 1,000 yen from Kuradashi Co., Ltd.
Kuradashi Co., Ltd., with the mission of “Continuing to be a socially good company,” is working to solve the mounting social issues in the world. Aiming to reduce food loss, we sell foods that are still edible but would otherwise be thrown away at great prices.
Furthermore, we donate a portion of our sales to various social contribution organizations working on environmental protection, disaster relief, etc., and use them as the Kuradashi Fund to support the goals of SDGs 17. In introducing this shareholder benefit system, we agree with Kuradashi Co., Ltd.’s corporate philosophy and business content from the perspective of contributing to the SDGs, and believe that it is appropriate for shareholder returns to our shareholders, so we have decided to adopt it. This is our first attempt to offer Kuradashi Co., Ltd.’s gift card “Kuradashi Gift” as a shareholder benefit.

It is scheduled to be shipped in late May every year.

The offer will begin for shareholders who own one unit (100 shares) or more of our company’s stock listed or recorded in the shareholder register as of February 29, 2024.
