Christmas chicken days are over! A new classic for Beef Lovers! Yakiniku KINTAN will be introducing a new “truffle-scented bone-in beef (¥3500)” for the Christmas season only.
Measuring 35cm in length and 1000g in weight, the bone-in beef is extra-large and will fill you up even when shared by 5 to 6 people. This hamburger steak is made with plenty of minced beef tongue that has been dry-aged for 30 days in a special aging room, allowing you to enjoy the deep, fragrant aroma unique to aging and the meaty texture of beef tongue. The hamburger steak is stuffed with cheese mashed potatoes infused with truffles, allowing you to enjoy the rich aroma and smooth texture of the meat. Please hold it in your hand, take a photo, cut it into pieces, and enjoy it with your precious family and friends.
