Inherited his father’s business at the age of 20, and closed down at the age of 24. After that, he jumped into the real estate industry and after experiencing all kinds of work related to architecture and real estate, he became independent in 2010. In 2014, he established Vacant House Utilization Co., Ltd. with the desire to “solve Japan’s vacant house problem.” In January 2017, we dispatched our own investigators to investigate the actual situation of vacant houses. In August 2018, we raised 62.1 million yen through a third-party allotment and released “AKIDAS”, a vacant house utilization data system. In January 2019, the head office was moved to Tokyo.
