This Christmas season, our restaurant will be offering a “Christmas Dinner Course” as a special project for the first time. We purchase seasonal vegetables and fruits grown in the rich land of Hachioji, and bring out their wonderful flavors to the fullest. You can enjoy a variety of menus that make use of seasonal ingredients cultivated together with local producers, as well as carefully selected gems from butchers and fish stores.
Appetizers made with fruits and fresh pasta made with flavored ingredients, and main meat dishes made with Hida beef from Gifu Prefecture. To finish off your dinner, we will serve you a dessert made with vegetables. We serve menus made with carefully selected ingredients on colorful original dishes created in collaboration with ceramic artists, providing a food experience that is rooted in the region and unique to this area.

About the regular dinner course menu

From December 4th (Monday), we have started offering course menus for regular dinners at the same time. We will also prepare a menu using carefully selected ingredients, with a focus on vegetables and fruits carefully grown by local producers. The main course is fish purchased from a fish store that stocks a large variety of wild fish, and the main course is meat made with Hida beef. We also offer course menus with both fish and meat main dishes. Enjoy an unforgettable dining experience in the cozy atmosphere of Atelier restaurant.
