Terra Motors Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Chairman of the Board: Toru Tokushige / President and Representative Director: Akihiro Ueda, hereinafter referred to as “Terra Motors”) operates the EV charging infrastructure business “Terra Charge”. We have concluded a business partnership agreement with Elitz Building Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture, President and Representative Director: Taketoshi Tanaka, hereinafter referred to as “Elitz Building Management”), a group company of Elitz Holdings. We will proceed with the installation of Terra Charge EV chargers at properties managed by Elitz Building Management, and mutually aim to spread charging infrastructure to apartment complexes in Kyoto and Shiga.
