automatically read water usage. Water usage is remotely monitored from the water meters installed in each home using the electric power and mobile communication networks, and the communication status, accuracy of transmitted data, costs, etc. are verified.
Currently, water meter reading is outsourced, but there are issues with securing human resources, and meter reading in winter is not possible due to snowfall, which leads to delays in detecting water leaks within residential areas. , there are various issues such as complicated payment settlement.
Although electronic water smart meters are more expensive than conventional water meters, they can automatically read the meter every hour and aggregate data, which not only helps solve these various problems, but also helps reduce the risk of aging. We believe that it can also be used to confirm the safety of households, etc., and to maintain and manage vacant houses.
