Satoshi Ogawa
Born in Chiba Prefecture in 1986. Graduated from the University of Tokyo’s College of Arts and Sciences, and withdrew from the doctoral program at the same university’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. In 2015, he made his debut by winning the Hayakawa SF Contest Grand Prize for “This Side of Utronica”. He won the Japan SF Award and the Shugoro Yamamoto Award for his second novel, “Kingdom of Games,” published in 2017, and the Futaro Yamada Award and the Naoki Prize for his third novel, “The Map and the Fist,” published in 2022.
