An eel specialty restaurant based on the concept of “filling your belly with delicious eel!” operated by Franchise Business Incubation Co., Ltd. “Unagi no Naruse Yokohama store” will open in September 2022 with the desire to make it easier for people to eat the eel rice that Japanese people have loved since ancient times. After 1 year and 3 months, we expect to reach 70 stores by the end of the year. On social media, we have received comments such as “The best value for money!” and “Authentic for the price,” and we have been featured on TV many times.
Offered at a reasonable price without compromising quality. We have created a store that can withstand rising prices. Rather than opening stores in front of major stations, which are considered prime locations for restaurants, Unagi no Naruse continues to open stores mainly in residential areas where locals can easily stop by. For this reason, we have set our business hours to lunchtime and evening hours, when food and drink demand is high, and aim to be a restaurant that is loved by locals despite its short hours.
In addition, Unaju, which previously took a long time from ordering to product delivery, is now shortened by a system that reproduces the skills of craftsmen, even if they are part-time workers and do not rely on craftsmen.
