Would you like to take a photo of the geoglyph of light created by candles? ……
At the 17th annual winter event “Uminaka Candle Night 2023,” we will begin accepting reservations for filming from aerial work vehicles exclusively for reporters. Enjoy a panoramic view of 10,000 candle art from a height of 20 meters above the ground.
Furthermore, this year, an awards ceremony for the candle art design winners will be held on December 17th (Sunday). Many wonderful works will also be on display.
There are only two weeks left until the 17th annual winter tradition “Uminaka Candle Night 2023”! We are now accepting reservations for filming from aerial work vehicles exclusively for reporters. Please take a look at the panoramic view of the 10,000 candle art from a height of 20 meters above the ground. In addition, this year’s candle art has been decided to be “Squirrel Monkey Party” by a third-year high school student living in Higashi Ward, Fukuoka City! A geoglyph based on this will be drawn.
Furthermore, this year, an awards ceremony for the candle art design winners will be held on December 17th (Sunday)! Many wonderful works will also be on display. Don’t miss this either!

Limited to those involved in the interview! Photography reservations from workers working at heights
During the event period, you will be able to take pictures using an aerial work vehicle for 3 days only (this year, we will increase the number of days!).
You will be able to use the service at the time you reserved on the day. Please make a reservation in advance for your desired interview date and time. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request as it is on a first-come, first-served basis. *It may be canceled in case of strong winds.

*Only 2.3.4. will be available on the 17th (Sunday). The award ceremony for the candle art design winners will be held at Wonder World from 18:00.

At the west exit, a straight canal with a total length of about 100m is illuminated. A must-see is the garden that makes use of the water features and the fountain that looks like candles.
