In this survey, we investigated “futon smartphones,” which are people who use their smartphones before going to bed and after waking up. As a result, it was found that 75.0% of college students watch Shorts videos in bed before bed.
Also, when we investigated the average time spent watching Shorts videos before bed, we found that it was about 35 minutes.
