Now that awareness of our services is expanding and the number of postings of fishing results is rapidly growing, our company is required to develop new management policies and team building to help solve problems in the fishing industry. Day 1: Management policy and team building
The first day focused mainly on management policy. During COO Fujii’s time to look back on Anglers’ past, many members actively contributed their opinions, increasing the sense of unity in the venue.
After the session, the CXO team explained the company’s future management policy, and announced the positions the company should pursue in the future and its business plan.

At the social gathering after the briefing session, we held an award ceremony for five members who had a particularly strong sense of ownership, integrity, and speed. The three people who best exemplified VALUE and the half-year overall MVP were determined by a company-wide vote.

Day 2: Strategy development and task design
The second day started with policy and KPI announcements from each department. At the workshop, we held a “Mandala Chart: Strategy Deployment Workshop” for the entire company and for each department, with the aim of giving everyone a sense of ownership of the goals and deepening their understanding of the strategy. While creating specific action plans, each department held discussions that translated into actions. The goals set here will continue to be pursued when setting personal KPIs and during 1on1 meetings.
