Musashino Art University has provided a variety of business start-up support programs, including a career support program for students who aspire to start a business, and a value creation human resource development program for working adults. After receiving this certification, we will develop “Ma”, which is currently operated as a co-working space, as an incubation facility, and will also expand the intangible aspects, such as assigning an incubation manager, expanding the start-up support system, and implementing a startup support program. (As of December 6, 2023) About the incubation facility management plan certification project In order to further improve the business start-up rate in Tokyo, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government launched the “Incubation Facility Management Plan Certification Project,” which certifies business plans for business start-up support (incubation) facilities by private businesses that meet certain standards. This has been implemented since fiscal 2017.

Opened in June 2023 on the 7th floor of Musashino Art University’s Ichigaya Campus as a new type of coworking space that connects the university and society. We are working to form a community of young creative talent, promote co-creation with companies and local governments, and expand recurrent education for creativity, and regularly hold exchange events with top creators, startup managers, etc.
