The “Parental Monitoring Set” includes Sony’s proprietary “AI Home Gateway,” an “opening/closing sensor” that detects the opening and closing of refrigerators and front doors, and an “indoor communication camera” that allows you to check, record, and communicate with others inside the room. This is a set that utilizes functions that allow you to monitor your elderly parents at home from your family’s smartphone. To ensure that even those who are unfamiliar with IoT devices can use them with peace of mind, we have an option where our expert staff will visit the location where the device is installed and support the initial setup. As an added bonus, we also provide a free telephone support option, which normally costs 550 yen per month, to help you with any problems you may have while using the service.
In preparation for cases where there is no internet connection at the location where the device is installed, such as at the parent’s home, we also offer a Wi-Fi option (for a fee) that allows you to easily install a communication environment.
