However, in the confectionery industry, where trends change rapidly, we have entered a phase where it is necessary to “make sweets that the world wants” in order to create a brand that will be loved for a long time. Against this background, BAKE decided to overturn its conventional policy and conduct test sales before the brand launch, which is a first for BAKE.
