There was a time when I was worried about not being able to express myself on public stages, so I would like to throw out the first pitch on a big stage and break out of my shell and pitch in my own way. I would like to have the courage to move on to the next step!

Due to a serious injury that occurred during baseball practice, I am currently undergoing rehabilitation and cannot play baseball, but I decided to run for the position of catcher because I wanted to catch the ball for my older sister who was going out of the prefecture after high school. In the future, I want to throw a ball faster than my sister!

Before the first pitch, the two sisters’ thoughts on this event and messages from sister to sister and from sister to sister were read out loud, and the entire stadium was filled with an atmosphere of heartfelt support for the sisters. We believe that this first pitch ceremony was a wonderful one that moved everyone who came to watch the game.
After throwing the first pitch, the sisters who had played such an important role looked back and spoke passionately, “I want to make use of today’s experience in my future life,” with sparkling expressions on their faces.

I was nervous because I was in the middle of a large crowd, but the atmosphere was very welcoming and reassuring.
Even after I finished pitching, I was approached by many people, and I realized that I wanted to be that kind of player in the future.
