Kazuomi Fujimaki
Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1965. In 2005, he worked as a manager and sommelier at an Italian restaurant that opened in Ginza. He devised a style of pairing each dish with natural wine. In 2007, he opened an Italian restaurant in Motomachi Chinatown, Yokohama. Later, when the store opened, he was appointed general manager.
