A corporate group (representative company: JFE Engineering Co., Ltd.) in which METAWATER Co., Ltd. (President: Kenji Yamaguchi, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) participates, has recently received a request from the Tokachi Area Complex Affairs Association for the Intermediate Processing of the Tokachi Area Complex Affairs Association. We have received an order for the “Facility Development and Operation Project” (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”).
This project will construct a new intermediate treatment facility in response to the aging of the Tokachi Area Complex Affairs Association *1’s incineration facility and the Kuririn Center, a large,
non-combustible waste treatment facility. After constructing a new incineration facility (stoker type incinerator, 146 t/day x 2 incinerators) and a large, non-combustible waste processing facility (61 t/day), the operation of both facilities will be carried out using the DBO method*2 for 20 years. I will do it.
In addition, in this project, our company will be responsible for the construction of a large, non-combustible waste processing facility and the operation of the facility. We will proceed with the project with the highest priority given to ensuring safety and consideration to the surrounding environment, while gaining the understanding of the municipalities that constitute the association and the surrounding area.
Utilizing the know-how we have cultivated through the construction, operation, and maintenance of water, sewage, and waste treatment facilities, we will continue to respond to a wide range of needs and contribute to the creation of a recycling-oriented society.
