Asia Koshien sponsoring organization sponsors “Reclaim that Summer” National Baseball Tournament for Former High School Players
“Excitement transcends borders.” We will export this excitement that they have experienced over the past three years to Asia.
……
The “Reclaim that Summer” project, which was supported by the general incorporated association NB.ACADEMY (Representative: Shogo Shibata, hereinafter referred to as “our organization”) as a corporate sponsor, opened at the Hanshin Koshien Stadium with the participation of 45 schools.
This project was launched by former high school baseball players who experienced the “first post-war Koshien tournament cancellation” due to the new coronavirus in 2020, and is an initiative to gather at Koshien to regain the lost summer. Our group supported this project because we believe that the realization of this project will have a positive impact on the future of former high school baseball players. ⚾“Regain that summer ~National High School Baseball Tournament 2020-2023~” project introduction

⚾ Sponsorship Goals and Expectations Three years ago, in the summer of 2020, the National High School Baseball Championship at Koshien Stadium was canceled for the first time since the war due to the spread of the new coronavirus. At the same time, Shibata, the representative of our group, had to urgently return home from the Philippines, where he had immigrated soon after starting his business, and was forced to withdraw from the business. He also experienced how his life changed dramatically after participating in Koshien. We have made the decision that we should hold Asia Koshien.
The reason for this support is to create an opportunity for the high school baseball players of those days to regain “that summer” that they lost, and to help support them to live positively in later life. With the theme of “Expression transcends borders,” we are passionate about spreading and sharing the excitement and joy of growth that comes through baseball. We will continue to support future baseball players, mainly in Southeast Asia, by learning about the various influences brought about by the Koshien tournament in Japan. [Image 2
