Developing urban infrastructure suitable for transportation hubs We will develop an urban infrastructure suitable for a transportation hub, including the construction of a new station plaza, the widening and construction of new roads within the development area, and the development of a plaza that will serve as a place for people to interact and relax on a daily basis. In addition, a “passageway” will be installed within the site to enhance the continuity between north and south, creating an attractive urban space that is lively and generates a variety of interactions. At the same time, we will develop pedestrian spaces that ensure safety and comfort, as well as develop comfortable, high-quality apartment complexes that take advantage of convenient transportation, make buildings fire-resistant and earthquake-resistant through redevelopment, and improve urban infrastructure. Kodaira City plans to construct new public facilities in the redevelopment building under this project and relocate the Western Civic Center (branch, library, community center), Civic Activities Support Center Aspia, and Gender Equality Center Hiraku. Additionally, an approximately 1,000-square-meter (tentative name) Ogawa Nigiwai Plaza (tentative name) is planned to be created in the northwest part of the site.

3. Creating a safe and comfortable living environment with high disaster prevention properties
The building has a vibration-damping structure, and the facility is planned with safety and security in mind. The exterior of the high-rise building was designed to reduce the intimidating feeling of a tower condominium by dividing the design of the eaves and balconies into smaller sections, and each residential section was designed to include a lounge and guest room that can be used for multiple purposes by residents. We have a wide variety of housing types ranging from 1LDK to 4LDK, with a housing configuration that accommodates the lifestyles of various households and residents. Regarding the design of the interior of the residence, we leveraged the knowledge of Hebelhaus, which is a single-family house, and incorporated a wealth of lifestyle suggestions unique to a housing manufacturer. A shoe closet, a walk-in closet, a pantry, and other convenient storage spaces are provided to create a hotel-like luxury feel, while the interior corridors provide privacy and security for the living units, making daily life comfortable when living in a tower. We have planned a garbage storage area on each floor so that people can send garbage, and we have designed a plan that takes into consideration the flow of people’s lives.
