Expanding store openings in the Kansai area
Our group has a management philosophy of “creating a rich, enjoyable, and comfortable lifestyle” and a vision of “homeownership for everyone,” and provides “high-quality, yet affordable, designed homes.” As a comprehensive real estate business with the aim of expanding nationwide, we have opened sales offices in each area and are developing products that meet customer needs.
Additionally, our group is actively expanding in the Kansai area, and currently has stores in Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, and Hyogo prefectures. Among them, in Hyogo Prefecture, KAI Planning opened its first base in the Kansai area in June 2021, and this opening marks the fifth base in Hyogo Prefecture.
Amagasaki City is a core city located in the southeastern part of Hyogo Prefecture with a population of approximately 460,000 people (*1). Hanshin Railway, JR, and Hankyu Railway run from east to west, allowing access to Osaka Prefecture, Kobe City, Kyoto Prefecture, and Nara Prefecture without transfers, as well as three airports in Kansai: Osaka International Airport, Kansai International Airport, and Kobe Airport. It is an area with very good transportation links, allowing you to travel within an hour.
In addition, Nishinomiya City, which is adjacent to Amagasaki City to the west as a commercial area, is also a core city with a population of approximately 490,000 people (*1). It has excellent characteristics as an educational and residential city, such as rich nature, favorable geographical conditions, convenient transportation, and numerous educational and cultural facilities. It is also famous for its baseball stadium. We opened the Amagasaki office with the aim of expanding our share in the Kansai area.

Our group is increasing our presence in the region and expanding our sales area while building trust with intermediaries and customers. Going forward, we will continue to utilize technology such as the KEIAI platform to capture the rising trend of single-family home acquisition needs, and proactively purchase and sell land for condominium projects with the aim of expanding nationwide.
