Soja City and Bot Express launch PUSH-type notification service at Soja City Smartphone City Hall

Soja City, Okayama Prefecture (Mayor: Soichi Kataoka) and Bot Express Co., Ltd. Features of Soja City Smartphone City Hall PUSH type notification service From the Soja City LINE official account, residents who have pre-registered using their My Number cards will be notified of eligible government services, such as benefits, via PUSH. Eligible residents can complete the procedure simply by checking the benefit information received on LINE. This service will also be used for the “additional benefit” that was decided in the latest economic measures and provides 70,000 yen to households exempt from resident tax. By simplifying the process of mailing notifications, etc., benefits can be paid within the year. Approximately 5,000 households are expected to be eligible for additional benefits, and by completing residents’ applications digitally, staff workload is expected to be reduced by about 20%.
