“Monthly Delivery of Gourmet Food” is a project where you can enjoy the story of how each dish was created. This time’s gourmet food is called From San Francisco and is themed around San Francisco, a city that makes you realize how delicious the ingredients are. Based on the impressions that six chefs (our developers) encountered locally, we have developed a set menu that makes use of domestic ingredients, and will deliver it as a regular 6-course meal. As a port city, San Francisco is famous for its fresh seafood, but you can also enjoy dishes that use plenty of vegetables, and it is also known as the home of slow food. In addition, a diverse food culture represented by modern Vietnamese cuisine, which is a fusion of immigrant cultures, is pervasive.
